As part of our ongoing customer support, we recently introduced 24/7 Tech Support, an out of hours service for unavoidable emergencies.
Medical fridges operate 24/7 and customers can contact Shoreline if they are concerned about their fridge function, in particular temperature issues which may arise from time to time. As the manufacturer, we can often put your mind at rest over the telephone or by email and certainly discuss ‘what to do next’ with you.
