Shoreline Medical Refrigerators – Quality Products and Exceptional Customer Service
18th January 2020
This year, Shoreline celebrates 20 years’ medical refrigeration manufacture and Directors Jeff & Tom Klückers agree on a fundamental business principle – ‘Quality components are essential to a reliable and durable product. The need for medical fridge reliability underpins our business strategy and Shoreline customers benefit hugely.’
With over 60 years’ combined experience working within medical refrigeration manufacturing, Jeff & Tom constantly and closely monitor the selection of components. Their expertise offers a winning formula and UK manufacturing at Shoreline’s site in Littlehampton, ensures only quality products are delivered to customers.
All fridges receive Shoreline’s first year certificate of calibration before despatch, ensuring accurate temperature measuring for customers from the start. Medical fridges also come with a 5 year parts & labour warranty and a further 4 years’ on-site calibration is also included. Extended warranties are available for an additional 3 years.
With Shoreline’s reputation for longevity and reliability, customers have little cause to contact customer services. More time is therefore available for those seeking help and advice. ‘We are always happy to share our expertise, whatever the concern and can respond to customers out of hours through our technical support.’ Says Tom.
Typical enquiries are:
- Temperature readout issues which can usually be resolved by resetting the control panel.
- Duration of adverse temperature readouts, particularly over night.
- Lost keys.
- Advice on correct use of secondary thermometers.
At Shoreline customer service, there are no endless telephone recordings and requests to press 1 to 10 – ‘When there are medical fridge concerns, people quite rightly want to talk quickly to someone with knowledge, and it’s often a case of reassurance that the valuable fridge contents are safe. We will talk to anyone who has a medical fridge concern and will offer everyone the best advice, customer or not.’ Adds Jeff.
